We are seeking a Pediatric Therapist specializing in Speech and Occupational Therapy to join our medical center and support young children. Candidates must have an existing client book and hold a valid DHA License.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments for speech, language, sensory, fine motor, and functional developmental skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with medical‑center standards.
- Provide Speech Therapy for articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, social communication, and early literacy.
- Deliver Occupational Therapy focusing on sensory integration, fine motor skills, handwriting, ADLs, attention, and school readiness.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, psychologists, physiotherapists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate families on home‑based strategies to support therapy goals.
- Bring and manage own client book, while contributing to new patient acquisition.
Requirements
- Valid DHA License is mandatory.
- Existing client book is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or a related pediatric therapy field.
- Experience working with young children between 3–12 in a clinical or therapy‑center environment.
- Strong understanding of developmental delays, speech disorders, sensory processing challenges, and learning difficulties.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
